Leaned Out LLC Monthly Sponsorship Terms

These terms govern the Leaned Out LLC Monthly Sponsorship Program. By subscribing through the Leaned Out sponsorship checkout, the Sponsor agrees to these terms.
1. Monthly Sponsorship
The Leaned Out Monthly Sponsorship is a recurring advertising and promotional service offered by Leaned Out LLC.
The current Founding Sponsor rate is:
$50.00 per month
The sponsorship automatically renews each month until canceled.
The sponsorship is month-to-month and does not require a long-term commitment.
2. What Sponsors Receive
While the sponsorship is active and paid, Leaned Out will provide:
Sponsor logo placement on leanedout.net
A clickable link from the Sponsor's logo to the Sponsor's website or approved affiliate link
Sponsor logo placement in a recurring sponsor rotation, sponsor panel, graphic, or similar placement during livestreams produced by Leaned Out
Leaned Out controls the size, location, timing, frequency, and presentation of sponsor logos so they fit the website and livestream layouts.
3. No Guaranteed Exposure or Results
The sponsorship provides advertising placement but does not guarantee:
A minimum number of livestreams or events each month
A specific amount of screen time
Continuous logo display
A specific logo position or size
A minimum number of viewers
Website traffic
Clicks
Leads
Sales
Affiliate purchases or commissions
Any specific business or financial result
Livestream placement applies only to livestreams produced or controlled by Leaned Out.
Event cancellations, weather, internet outages, equipment problems, venue restrictions, platform outages, or other circumstances outside Leaned Out's reasonable control may affect sponsor exposure.
4. Sponsor Information and Logo
The Sponsor is responsible for providing:
Business name
Contact information
Sponsor display name
Website address
Affiliate link, if applicable
A usable business logo
Any important brand guidelines
The Sponsor represents that it owns or has permission to use all logos, trademarks, images, links, and other materials it provides.
The Sponsor gives Leaned Out permission to display, resize, reformat, and reproduce those materials as reasonably necessary to provide the sponsorship services.
5. Affiliate Links
A Sponsor may provide an approved affiliate or tracked link.
Any affiliate commissions earned by Leaned Out are separate from the $50 monthly sponsorship fee.
Affiliate tracking, qualifying purchases, returns, commission amounts, and payment terms are governed by the applicable affiliate program.
Leaned Out does not guarantee any number of affiliate clicks, purchases, or commissions.
Leaned Out may use disclosures such as Sponsored, Paid Sponsor, Affiliate Link, or similar language when appropriate.
The sponsorship does not require Leaned Out to provide a positive review or endorsement of any Sponsor, product, or service.
6. Recurring Billing
By subscribing, the Sponsor authorizes Leaned Out LLC and its payment processor, Stripe, to charge the selected payment method $50.00 each month until the subscription is canceled.
The payment method provided at checkout will be stored and used for future recurring payments.
Stripe may provide invoices, receipts, billing notifications, and account-management services related to the subscription.
If a payment fails or becomes past due, Leaned Out may suspend Sponsor advertising until the account is brought current.
7. Founding Sponsor Rate
Sponsors who join under the Founding Sponsor offer will receive the $50 monthly rate for their first 12 months, provided the sponsorship remains continuously active and current.
After the first 12 months, Leaned Out may change the monthly sponsorship rate by providing reasonable advance notice.
If a Founding Sponsor cancels and later rejoins, the original Founding Sponsor rate is not guaranteed.
8. Cancellation
The Sponsor may cancel at any time.
Sponsors may manage or cancel their subscription through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting:
When canceled, the subscription will remain active through the end of the current paid billing period and will not renew for another month.
Payments already processed are generally nonrefundable, and partial-month refunds are not provided when a Sponsor voluntarily cancels.
Leaned Out may terminate a sponsorship for nonpayment, fraud, unlawful activity, inappropriate advertising materials, violation of these terms, or conduct that could reasonably harm Leaned Out, its audience, or its reputation.
If Leaned Out terminates a sponsorship without cause before the end of a paid billing period, Leaned Out will provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of that period.
9. Advertising Content
Sponsors are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all claims, promotions, products, services, links, and advertising materials they provide.
